Payment Failed
If a payment to your PayPlan by RBC loan fails, PayPlan by RBC will attempt to re-process the payment within 5 business days. Common causes for failed payments are holds placed by the issuing bank, insufficient funds, or a recent update to the bank account numbers.
As a reminder, PayPlan by RBC only accepts payments made from Pre Authorized Debit. No other payment methods are accepted. If you have additional questions about a failed payment, please contact your bank for more information.
If you would like to view or update the payment method on your PayPlan by RBC loan, please visit members.rbcpayplan.com.
A Cost Of Borrowing (COB) disclosure is a document extended to PayPlan buyers at the time of checkout detailing the debt the buyer has agreed to repay. This document will include the buyer’s interest rate, loan term, monthly due date, and total repayment amount by the paid-off date.
To view your COB, visit members.rbcpayplan.com If any updates are made to your COB throughout your repayment process, PayPlan will notify you immediately.
