Order and Delivery Status
To check on the status of your order, please reach out to the retailer directly.
No changes are allowed to an order that has already been placed with PayPlan by RBC financing. If you wish to cancel your order and start over, please contact the retailer directly for an order cancellation.
To inquire about a return, please contact the retailer directly. All returns are subject to the return policies of PayPlan by RBC’s retailers.
When a retailer processes a return to your PayPlan by RBC loan order, a partial or full refund will be automatically applied to your loan. Your PayPlan by RBC account status and loan balance will be adjusted accordingly. It can take up to 5 business days to to see the adjusted loan balance.
If a partial refund is issued to your PayPlan by RBC loan, your loan amount will be adjusted to reflect your new remaining balance. If a refund results in a credit balance on your loan account, the credit balance will be returned to you through the bank account used to make payments on your loan. This process can take up to 10 business days.
If you have not received all or part of your order, or if you have received damaged merchandise, please contact the retailer directly regarding shipping or to resolve the concerns.
