You cannot make payments via credit card.
If you wish to make a payment in addition to your next installment payment, sign in to your account at members.rbcpayplan.com and follow the steps below:
1. Click “Make a Payment”, select “Pay other amount”.
2. Enter the amount you wish to pay and click “Continue to Payment”.
3. Add or select the bank account for your payment.
4. Select the checkbox that confirms you’ve reviewed the terms and then click “Submit Payment”.
You access members.rbcpayplan.com to view your balance, make one-time payments, set up recurring payments, and view the details of your loan.
Unfortunately, no. The dates your payments are due are predetermined from the date that your order is settled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
You can contact PayPlan by RBC’s Credit Management & Recoveries department at 844-983-0515. We are available between 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EST) Saturday.
If a payment to your PayPlan by RBC loan fails, PayPlan by RBC will attempt to re-process the payment within 5 business days. Common causes for failed payments are holds placed by the issuing bank, insufficient funds, or a recent update to the bank account numbers.
As a reminder, PayPlan by RBC only accepts payments made from Pre Authorized Debit. No other payment methods are accepted. If you have additional questions about a failed payment, please contact your bank for more information.
If you would like to view or update the payment method on your PayPlan by RBC loan, please visit members.rbcpayplan.com.
To update your payment information online, visit members.rbcpayplan.com and enter the mobile phone number associated with your PayPlan by RBC account. Once logged in, you can update your payment account.
To enroll in AutoPay, visit members.rbcpayplan.com and enter the mobile phone number associated with your PayPlan by RBC account. Once logged in, you can view the details of your loan, make a one-time payment or set up recurring auto-payments.
If you don’t submit your payments by your due date, your account will be past due and collection activity may begin. Paying late may also impact your eligibility for future PayPlan by RBC loans.
Your first payment will be due no fewer than 30 days from the date the retailer notifies RBC of your completed order. Subsequent payments are due on that date every month for the duration of your loan term. To view your payment schedule, visit members.rbcpayplan.com.
