If you wish to make any other payment than available in the PayPlan TM member’s portal, please process your payment in the members portal on your next scheduled payment date.
To update your payment information online, visit members.rbcpayplan.com and enter the mobile phone number or email address associated with your PayPlan by RBC account. Once logged in, you can update your payment account.
To enroll in AutoPay, visit members.rbcpayplan.com and enter the mobile phone number or email address associated with your PayPlan by RBC account. Once logged in, you can view the details of your loan, make a one-time payment or set up recurring auto-payments.
If you don’t submit your payments by your due date, your account will be past due and collection activity may begin. Paying late may also impact your eligibility for future PayPlan by RBC loans.
Your first payment will be due no fewer than 30 days from the date the retailer notifies RBC of your completed order. Subsequent payments are due on that date every month for the duration of your loan term. To view your payment schedule, visit members.rbcpayplan.com
Paying back a portion of your loan early will not adjust your monthly installment amount. Any prepayments made will be applied toward your principal balance which may shorten the duration of your loan.
Yes. You can prepay anytime for all or part of your loan. There is never a penalty for paying early. Any prepayments will go directly towards your principal balance which may shorten the duration of your loan.
You cannot make payments via credit card.
You can make payments on your loan via Pre-Authorized Debit.
